During office hours you will be able to visit the selected franchised office and utilise their facilities.
You will be trained in all aspects of permanent Search & Selection to become a highly successful recruiter. We will teach you the following:
Searching, selecting and interview qualified candidates for your vacancies
How to conduct business with employers and other hiring authorities
Advertising for applicants on internet portals and build a database of skilled and qualified candidates
How to negotiate payment and fee structures together with the techniques to obtain the best margin
How to coach and support a candidate through the interview process
How to gain vacancies from employers and take accurate job specifications
